AIPOS and all related intellectual property are owned by AIPOS Sdn Bhd:

• All software, designs, and content are proprietary
• No reproduction or distribution without explicit consent
• Users retain ownership of their business data

We shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues, system downtime, or service interruptions
• Data loss due to user error or system failures
• Misuse of the application or unauthorized access
• Business losses or consequential damages
• Third-party integrations or external service failures

Account termination may occur under the following circumstances:

• By Us: We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms
• By You: You may delete your account at any time through the application
• Data Retention: Account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

Upon termination, your right to use AIPOS will cease immediately.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of changes by:

• Email notification to your registered address
• In-app notifications in your AIPOS dashboard
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document

Continued use of AIPOS after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by:

• Jurisdiction: Laws of Malaysia
• Dispute Resolution: Courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction
• Language: English version shall prevail in case of conflicts
